Looks like rain this weekend at Ruapehu.... contrary to previous predictions for Sunday. Sorry about that. The snow forecasts become more volatile at the beginning of Spring. It looks as though more snow is due on Tuesday though to freshen things up (at this stage). RAL's advertised closing dates for Whakapapa & Turoa are still Labour Day (Monday 27th October). At this time of year there is epic riding but you have to pick your day and wear sunscreen.

Get out there and enjoy some snow this spring!! OR, have you thought about heading over to have a ski or board in the northern hemisphere? Extend your season, find out more below.
